Once the order is confirmed, will not accept requests for a return or refund.

In the event of a damaged product
If the product is damaged, it must be reported to Kasutum via email on the
xyz@emal.com within 5 days from the date of delivery.
In the email, include the order number, the image of the invoice, 1 image of
the outer box, and 2 clear images of the damaged product to be shipped.
In the event of shipment of more than one item, only the affected product
can be returned and replaced.
We will be happy to reship and replace the product(s) shortly and we will
work closely with you to provide an amicable solution.
Emails will be replied within 24-48 hours and full support will be provided
thereafter.
In case of missing product
If the product is lost, it must be reported to via XYZ email on the
xyz@emal.com within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The email should include the order number, the image of the invoice, 1 image of
the outer box, and 2 clear images of the open box with all the goods to be sent.
We will not be able to accept refund requests. But, we will be happy to
resend the lost product immediately.
Emails will be replied within 24-48 hours and full support will be provided
thereafter.
In case of product spoilage
The defection of the product has to be reported to Kasutam via email on
xyz@emal.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.
In the email, include the order number, packaging/manufacturing date, and clear
photos or videos of the product to be shared.
Due to variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, we will not be able to
accept product recalls. The reason for this is that our products are
completely natural and mostly made by hand, so no two batches will be the
same. There are no compromises in the natural production process, the best
and natural ingredients are used and we ensure that the maximum nutritional
value is retained.
We will work closely with you to provide an amicable solution.
The product will be replaced after proper investigation and careful deliberation, and
we assure fair results at all times.
